Rope with floaters contains The foam around waterfall

The 1 inch hemp rope wouldn't float on its own, so I added some floaters by cutting up one of those foam noddles the kids used to play with at swimming pools.  It does a great job containing the foam, so it doesn't spread across the pond.  It doesn't seem to build up too much under the waterfall either.  So it really solved the problem.
