could someone help me with my problem...how would one go about planting water lily seeds...not the bulbs

Current Garden Pond(s) Description : 375 gal above ground pond

thanks for the link...i did a lot of research on the internet...i was just hoping that some one on here had personal expierences with it

i just ordered a 100 count of purple lily seeds from ebay for less than $8 including shipping...so yea i was just wondering if anyone has a way that works best for them

nothing...i even tried different ways...including tossing some into my planted tank...nothing

Do you have a local nursery close by. I would maybe pick their brains as the best way to plant and grow them.

I was told to use something a lot more shallow than a tank.. Get a wide and flat tupperware, put some gardening soil in it. fill it with about 5 inches of water and put it in a sunny area (or a grow lamp about 2 feet above it) and wait till you see them popping out toward the surface.. then use the same tupperware but get larger individual pots and put them in those larger pots, and fill the tupper ware with more water..

You can get some waterplant fertilizer at that stage..

Again, this is the success that my aunt, my pond jedi master, as taught me
