I'm in Missouri, where we have crazy, rollercoaster weather (shirt sleeves on Tuesday, snow this morning). Anyway, I would like to know how to determine when it's safe to take the plastic sheeting off my pond for the season, and what to do (or not to do) after that!
What do I need to know as far as cleaning it? I'm thinking it will need it... DO I just vacuum and do a partial water change? The fish seem to be fine - not sure about my little turtle and bullfrog-to-be since they're still hibernating.
If anyone can direct me to a link that outlines this, that'd be great!
