Hello All

Just joined today. Been working on my pond for about a month now, but probably only 10 or 12 hours altogether.

Here is where I am at:

Former garden. I moved it to the back of the garage.


Let the kids start on it. No, not all mine. Just the girl and the kid with the muscles, lol

The rain ran me out. Hopefully be done with phase 1 by Monday.

Finally got some water in this thing last Friday. I need more rocks, hook up the filter, trim the liner, and finish the waterfall before I start getting a few koi.

Here it is:

First layer of padding: shingles


2nd and third layers of padding: tar paper, then newspaper


Putting in the liner. What a pain in the arse. Jake eventually showed up to give me a hand
