pressurised filter or gravity?

pressurised filter or gravity?
hi this is my first post i have mainly had small ponds but now i have quite a large one.the question is which filter are they the same except a pressurised can feed a water fall or are there other differences?

Well a pressurized filter can be placed just about anywhere. Above, at level, below(even underground some). I have the Fishmate UV + bio pond filter & it is pretty much the same as the pressurized one.
