How to access rec.ponds.moderated even if your nsp does not carry it yet

Rec.ponds.moderated is still in the very early stages of
propagation, and it may take up to a couple weeks before most isp's
and nsp's carry it.
We have come up with a solution to allow you to access rpm right
now. We have created a web version of rpm that will allow you to read
all the messages, and will give you brief instructions on how to send
messages to rpm.
