Found something floating in my pond

Today while feeding fishes I found something like a spirally arranged collection of eggs like jelly, floating in my pond.
When googled it, I found that its similar to eggs of those bloodworm midges. But they look slightly greenish, and what I fount is completely transparent.

Exactly, first I was throwing them out thinking some harmful thing. but after googling I thought they may turn into some nice fish food so dropped them back.

I don't think its possible now, its was so tiny. lol
But if I find it or some other I'll raise them in a separate container and see.

They may not hatched if disturbed or moved to unnatural surroundings.
