I would really love a pond like that but don't think my shovel would last or I would last digging it .

Sissy my dog probably was confused. The funny part is when I was building it, it rained and had all that muddy water in the pit he would play in the muddy water, but when I got it finished he wouldn't touch the creek or pond. Go figure...must have been to clean for him.

I was looking at one of those cameras you put by your pond and hook to your puter so you can see whats going on or in your pond from the monitor .There are so many kinds wondering if any one has had one or has one they like and that works

Thanks,

Here are some more pics I just took this morning. My lilac bushes started blooming last week and smell oh sooooo good, can't wait for all my perennials to start. In the last pic is my cypress tree that is starting to come out, I have had this tree for 5 years. I have a tree that looks similar called a dawn redwood but is much much bigger, grows about 2-3' per year. The third pic is of my dog watching the koi, they amaze her, she just wants to play with them sooooo badly. You can also see some of my driftwood that I have collected over the years. Will post some more in the coming weeks.

Yeah I am waiting to see her fall in as well. She is quite the brave dog. The tree is in a 5 gal pot in the pond. Pulled it out a few years ago and repotted it, trimmed the roots and put new dirt in the pot. I will pull it out every few years and keep trimming the roots to keep it small. It has only grown about 18" in five years or so. Kind of like a bonsai I guess.
