I have to give kudos to this company. I had a problem with my Hydro Dynamax HD-4700 pump and it does have a warranty for 2 years. Fortunately it was still in the warranty period. I bought it from my local pond dealer, however I found out they discontinued the HD line of pumps and my local dealer no longer deals with Russell watergardens & koi. So I called Russell directly and spoke with Jared the manager. Jared was great throughout the process. They honored the warranty and allowed me to get the next size pump at a great price. They were professional every step of the way. They upgraded me to the Shinmaywa Norus 5100 gph pump. I will do business again with them.
