So sad when things go wrong

Its so very sad when things go wrong as was found at a Texas Aquarium when using a parasite treatment which you would think the professionals would get correct first time around but in this case sadly no things went tragically wrong.
There is however a lesson in this for us all and that is getting your ponds gallonage exacctly right before treating our fish otherwise accidents like this tend to happen :-

I think you'll fnd this a sad tale and lessons have been taken away from this not just for the staff at the aquarium but for us as fish keepers too

I know accidents happen but you would think they would have some type of protocol in place to make sure everything is checked and double checked so things like this don't happen.

So sad.....
