Up and running

Well the day is here The pond is up and running. No problems to report, all went smoothly. It seems all my fish survived winter, all the Koi are accounted for, I do have a lot of goldfish so if I lost one I really would not know. All the identifiable goldfish seem to be accounted for too. 2 frogs did not make it but I did see a good size tadpole today.

This was the worst winter I have had in a long time, so all and all I am pleased.

Fish are pretty active right know.

Yay so glad they all made it. Sorry about the frogs. Now if the rest of that white stuff will go away!

We still have 8" on the entire ground, it is getting warmer so should be there soon

Oh happy day! I stopped by the fish hatchery today and lo and behold, the man who built my pond, snow working there!! We had a great discussion

Great that your fish all made because you really had a pretty harsh winter there by all the weather reports I saw .Great looking pond .I heard we were in for a cold spell this weekend .DARN

Awesome! Still love your stream. Someday I will definitely have a stream just like that. Likely not with the pond I have now, but at very least in my dreams.
