Very Small Floating Island and External Pond Filter

Hi,

I am NOT handy. I've been looking online at all the floating islands and they are too large for my 300 gal. pond. I'd love a grassy/marsh small one that looks natural. Where to buy??Also, ideas fir an External pond filter that takes no stamina nor strength to lift and clean?
