Typha minima

Most sources list them as about 2' tall, though i saw one source list them as 2-3.5 ft.

i have a well established clump i bought several years ago that grow to about 4 ft. They are feeling a bit tall for the space i have them in. i would love a clump that stayed at 2 or 2.5 ft.

are there cultivars or varieties that do stay that small is it an exageration. its hard to tell, but many of the images on google look taller.

Mine never stay that small they are over4' , so I cut them back and they come right back.

You might want to look into the micro-mini variety.

I have and sell cattails. They grow to 5' tall. I don't ship these so locals only.
