Last fall when winterizing plants around the pond, i might have cut down my longwood canna before the first frost. Will it come back or have i killed it? I checked all the plants in the pond yesterday and not much life is happening? Is it too soon to look for plant life? Water temp was around 42* to 46*, that was near the surface.
