Will koi spawn in unhealthty condions? We had a bactrerial infection but it is under control- we hope. Koi have spawned for 2 days which has caused a nitrite- nitrate spike. Getting tired and frustrated.

I'm more concerned with wether the pond conditions are ok. Fish don't seem to be feeding as normal but they have been eating eggs so maybe thats why.
