Has anyone ever ordered the aeration kit from Tricker's?

At only $40 I am having trouble believing it would work well. But... if it does... I might be interested in getting one or perhaps even 2. By work well I mean: Do bubbles actually come out of it? Is it weather resistant?

I have 2 waterfalls... so I am not relying on it to actually up the O2 levels. I just want to keep the water moving, have it look nice, and give the fish something to play in.
