I'd like to know the kind of koi I have or that they're mutts if that's what they are. I'm trying to figure it out just want to make sure I'm right or know that I'm wrong.

First one I think is Doitsu and Ogon.

Second one I know is Butterfly Kohaku

Third one I think is Yellow Ogon.

How far off am I ?

The first one might be an Orengi Ogon, the second a Sanke, the 3rd is a Yamabuki Ogon.

Thank you!!! I'm going to try and learn this. I seemingly am able to learn about pond plants. Just can't quite grasp the koi yet.

Looks like DrDave has labeled them correctly for sure. It is very tricky with koi since there are so many color variants and markings. Enough to make your head spin. Here's a good site that can help:

Enjoy!
