I can keep the water in my pond clear but green algae is covering the sides and bottom of the pond. If I buy a vac pump can I vac up the algae with any great success? Any recommendations on a vac pump?

I have the exact same issue...I just ordered a Python Ulti-VAc to clean out the plant debris and see if it will suck up some of the algae..

IF you haven't alrady, try a 10% water exchange...It seems to be helping..
