So I won a Koi on a raffel at the Eugene Koi Clubs pot luck BBQ. They were raffeling 3 koi along with some plants and other items. The cool thing is that the one I won was the one I really wanted. It is a Butterfly Koi with a solid light yellow color. It is offically my first Koi but I am hoping to change that soon. My daughter has bestowed the name of "Princess" on the Koi and with any luck it will turn out to be a female (if it turns out to be a boy she said the name will become "Prince", fairly logical I'd say)
Kind of blury but my 4 year old daughter took the picture so I think its pretty good.

Nice Koi, if it keeps that color, it is a Yamabuki Ogon.
