My wife saw small fish in our 6 week old pond so I neted one and it looks like a small KOI about half an inch long.Most of my fish are small I have two larger fish 12" long .I saw 4 or 5 more hidding in the plants .What should I do?How did they get there? Not a spawn already.

Some thing happend,,
if they have a place to get away from the big fish they will be fine.
Like plants or a small closed off spot that they can relax in and eat

This is one of the creatures I caught today.
he looks kind of gold colored one looks white and gold .
I never bought any m fish .That’s why I love this place
I am sure even with that blurry photo you can ID the fish

No barbells so it is not a Koi. How big is this fish?
