Well I finally got around to moving my filter and adding another drum. Took some pictures, don't forget to read the text between the pic's.

Ok this is before I started.

This is where I moved them to next to the shed.

Heated pipe and put a slight bend to eliminate 1 fitting.

Started digging, I couldn't go too deep due to sprinkler pipe.

Filters in place.

Pipes done to pond. Notice the tee? I'm gonna use that to get the water out for the cold winter months so i don't break the pipe.

Something I did with my design in the bottom helps it make bubbles in the filter. I'll explain in a bit.

Better flow now that I tee'd off the uv light.

Ok for the bubbles I just happened to cut the bucket i put in the bottom the same size as the raised part on the bottom of the can. I drilled holes on the side of the bucket at 45 degrees, 7/8" holes 4" up from bottom all the way around. The bucket sealed itself on the bottom and i just dumped the 2" pipe about 3" into the top. For some reason it is making bubbles on the way up.

It looks good..
bending the pipe is better when they dont make a fitting..
And The bubbles are a bonus

I'm using this pump stroppy. It is a 1200gph. The water is spending just under 6 min in filtration by the time it gets out of the second tub.

How many acres of lawn do you have? Your water bill must be enormous!
