Its a fence to keep your dogs in the yard. If they get to close to it the get a shock

the one you bury under ground...correct? they are nice!! after a while you dont even need it, once the dogs learn their boundaries. beautiful job on relocoting your filters and fixing up where they were.
theres definately something fishy about this forum!
