I just started to feed my fish wheat germ based food. They just lined up in front of me giving me the look of utter contemp. They were all asking me where is the good stuff? RDK

LOL! Yeah, it's not uncommon. My fish are the same way. The reaction from most fish is that it definitely doesn't seem as delicious to them as the regular summer stuff. Nonetheless, it's the right stuff to feed this time of year and temps. So keep going. They'll eat it...

this happens any time i switch foods,it seems they dont care for change. but after a couple feedings they make the adjustment.... i dont think its just the wheat germ, its that they get used to something even by sight...they go for the one the are used to seeing float around.
theres definately something fishy about this forum!
