I have an opened bottle of Microbe-lift in my garage. This morning I thought I'd take stock of what I wanted to order for the spring, and realized that this stuff might not be "alive" anymore having been cold all winter. (It was 15 degrees this morning!) Will it be okay, or do I need to wait until warmer weather and buy fresh?

i would go to their website and click the"contact us" tab link and ask them.. but they say to store in a dark cool spot not freezing... so you may need to replace it.. but this can give you a chance to try Microbelifts PL GEL FILTER INOCCULANT if you havent already... if you follow the directions, you will extremely pleased. your filter media must be as clean as possible and dry..brush on the gel..let it sit for 2 hours...put it in the filter and fill with pond water...and let sit for 2 hours ..turn on pump.
theres definately something fishy about this forum!
