Hi everyone,

I just moved into a house that has a koi pond. I am interested in the value of the KOI and Equipment for private sale. Can anyone give me a rough estimate of what it is worth?
3 KOI Fish Ki Matsuba - (Yellow) - 18"-24"
Kohaku (Red/White) - 15"-18"
Karasu (Black) - 14"-16"
Pond Equipment
Advanced Bead Filter
Santanna By Waterway Spa Hydro Massage Air Blower Model 750-1511-280 110V 9amp
Advanced UV Light 15watt
Alita Air Pump AL-6A
Fluid Art Technologies - Turbo Vortex Solids Separator
Bluffton Motor Works 1/4hp 2/19/10

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, John

The Advanced Bead Filter price new runs about $ 675.00 to $1375 depending on what model you have. The air blower could be part of the bead filters system.
15 Watt UV Light Unit new about $145.
Alita Air Pump AL-6A about $115 new
Fluid Art Technologies - Turbo Vortex Solids Separator $810.00 new
The Bluffton Motor Works 1/4hp probably goes with the Turbo Vortex Solids Separator .

Don't expect to get much for the koi. They look like pond grade. You could advertise in your local paper as koi for sale.

I agree with DoDad the fish look like your general pond mutts, but must have been well loved based on the equipment and that tangle of piping. LOL!
