One of our more unusual fast food specials was this cheeseburger pizza. The pizza dough and sauce were made from scratch. Tater tots and flame grilled cheese burgers top this unique product.
As a fun activity for first year culinary students, I teach basic knife skills by having students carve decorative fruit baskets.
Our chocolate milkshake parfaits were always a hit with teachers and students.

This spicy Shrimp Pad-Thai was a favorite with our faculty customers.
Each year our culinary students make gingerbread houses to take home.
Our commercial kitchen has all of the tools and equipment that you might expect to find in any restaurant kitchen.
