Our tenant died early Jan. in the condo. My dear honey headed south, I had to stay north to take care of our bees and few other things before I flew south, well the plane did.
Dear honey had to biological remediation, since he passed in the house, found after 3-4 days.
One of the sons did call, stated he was coming down within the week. To gather up what he might want from his dad's stuff. He did not make it.
We told the son per Florida Statues, since there was no will, someone had to be assigned as the estate rep, we as landlords had to protect the deceased tenants stuff.
The condo was stuffed, he was always neat, had a stroke in Dec, something changed. Food in the fridge, rotted, eggs dated from August. lots of spillage, stunk.
More of the story to follow................
The pictures are just some of the stuff, tons of stuff.
