Air pump, how to connect?

OK, I purchased a Hakko air pump for my pond, I think HK80/100 or 120 is the model..... I forget which one. I need to hook it up to my bottom drains which are the koi toilet's that have a built in air diffuser thingy. How do I connect the air pump to two or three bottom drains? I have 1in PVC pipe connected to the bottom drains & I have a T valve at each of the pipes so I can adjust the air flow to each bottom drain. How do I connect the PVC to the pump? I received a rubber piece that connects to the pump, didn't know if that needs to be glued to PVC or if there is something else I can do.
