The bog motion camera caught this guy wandering around last night. I'm only guessing but maybe a Pickerel frog?

Pickerel Frogs have very distinctive squarish patches/spots running down their backs. I didn't see any on the frog in the video, but I admit, it was pretty difficult for me to see any details.

Thanks for trying, I agree it was a sub-optimal vid. Maybe next time :)

OK, I opened up the video full screen & paused it. Definitely didn't see any spots on him. I'd guess Green Frog (maybe Bull - definitely can't see if there are any dorsolateral ridges)

Would guess bullfrog/green frog as well, would lean towards bullfrog looks like a decently large frog compared to the objects around it, large head in relation to rest of its body, very distinct striping on hind legs, which young adults tend to display at times. Looks like my bullfrogs that go stomping around the yard at night.

Thanks for trying, maybe next time we'll get a clearer video. Unless the owl gets him first.
