I bought an inexpensive tool to cut back dead and dying lily pads but it sucks! Does anyone have a recommendation or tips on how they get these dying leaves out? I’d love a net with a sharp edge so I can scoop and cut at the same time but Google has not helped me!

Some of us climb in the pond and snip with scissors. Or, if you’re lazy like me…..just leave them alone. I gave up on “ tools” a long time ago. That’s just me, though.

You could always use a pair of pruning shears for limbs with a 16 foot pole just use the hook and guillotine don't install the saw blade so you can't cut the liner by accident
