Anyone know what type of plants these are?

Know what type of plants these are and what I should do with them for the winter? Currently sitting on 9" shelves and pond is 18" deep.

i dont know what its called but looks same as i have and it just dies back and i leave it in the pond ...but you are in a colder climate so im not sure what you should do
