Aquadyne Pump Problem

We have an Aquadyne pond pump and filter system. It works on all of the settings except the filter setting. Therefore, we can't clean the water. We have to let alot of the water out and replace the water. How can I trouble shoot the filter system to try and fix it?

Have you looked up this system on the internet to see if there is any information, FAQ, troubleshooting guide?

How big is your pond and what size is the filter system? How many fish do you have? How long have you had it?

the pond is 2500 gallons. she has about 25 fish in it. I do not know the size of the filter system, however, I have been in contact with the aquadyne folks. I need to find a manual as soon as I get the info on the size and model of the system.
