First I saw the picture of the bear's head through the cat door, and that was funny.
Then I saw the open 5 gallon pail of cat food on the deck!
What is wrong with people, lol. What did they think was bound to happen?

We have many bears here in Asheville. Have seen several.in our yard this year. Fortunately they haven't decided to cool off in my pond yet, but I do expect it will happen some day. Koi have lots of places to hide, even when big, should that day come.

Unfortunately our neighbor has been leaving her garbage can outside because she has a baby with poopy diapers. Guess what bears seem to love? They have visited 4 times, despite (are you ready for this?) the bungie cord wrapped can the neighbor thought would stop the bear! Yup, pretty dumb to leave catfood out and not expect what he got. My wife saw the story and freaked out. We now have to lock and close our doors every night!
