Begginer - watch out! help with filter/pump?

Hi guys

been looking arround the forum and there seems to be alot of helpful members

I have just jumped in there and bought a 1000litre preformed pond from ebay, dug a hole and placed the pond in it !

so my question is, which is the best filter and pump to choose baring in mind im on a budget ? i was also wanting some sort of fountain - would ebay item 390192698213 be good enough?

is this is your items link ...wouldnt use it myself...buy a pump (2000 litre), and build your filter...go to the DIY section and downsize one of the designs
