Blagdon 2 way switch problem

Hi everyone, I have a old blagdon 2 way switch which i never got around to using but have found a use for it now.

The problem is i'm missing the box and diagram for it and have looked every where online for the same model, but cant find it any where. I was hoping some might know how to wire this up so that I can use it.

I have uploaded a few pictures.

Any help would much appreciated, Thanks.

the link I sent you is PDF File manual on how to use
what always puzzled me is the intake feed never can be switch off ?
