Hi all pond is preformed, bought it off Facebook, I haven’t any previous experience with ponds. But common sense says I’ll need a filter and pump, etc

I would say since it is small and preformed, just get whatever few hundred gallon per hour pump you want, although I could recommend aquascape pumps as being reliable, easy to take care of, and long lasting.

As for filtration, a bunch of plants in the pond would do well, but you could attach some sort of box filter if you are willing to deal with the maintenance. Pressure filters and waterfall filters are normally made for larger ponds, although one of those may work depending on where the pond is situated.
