Brown water

We moved to North Carolina where we have our own well. There is lots of clay residue in the water which makes my pond water brown. We have multiple filters for our house water but not sure about clearing the pond water. No fish since the birds of prey get them, but we use a bog with plants to filter algea. The water is clear but brown. Any suggestions?

I have rain capture and city water mainly rain for my water and everything has a brown tinge to it .
