Uhm... I have a question or two. Does the Goldfish's owner have to co-sign the loan for the vehicle, or can the Goldfish just fin his own name on the title? And, when the Goldfish goes down to the Department of Motor Vehicles to take his license examination, who rides along with him during the road test?

Do they need to get a "learner's" permit first? Any classes required? Oh, and where can the Goldfish purchase insurance from? Lloyd's of London?

Just curious.

;)

Gordy isnt it obvious a frogman would take his exam its owner would sign for him and from the video he has a masteryof the road already , I've seen more idiots on the UK's road that he would put to shame ;)
As for insurance if merecats can sell it then they should be able to sign him up .

Wonder if I can combine that idea with a snowblower? Get my fish to keep the driveway cleared. I think I may be suffering from cabin fever!
