No clue except that spray on sealant they advertise all of the time. Here are some waterproof spray paints.

i'd keep looking for a polyurethane coating that is fish safe
i did find A company i have worked with before called Tremco but i could not find if it was fish safe but i would still highly recommend watching the videos they have. They show the best procedures to coatings

if you can find a fish safe product from Sika they are experts in coatings
