The leaves on this are huge. I just measured everything. The leaves measure at 14 inches. The flower is 11 inches. The plant stretches across 9 feet of surface area. So its crazy big. The guy warned me that the herons sit on the leaves to fish. So I'm bugging the hubby to get the new net up TODAY! I've seen a new heron in the area (front garden ponds). I have 5 more of these! They are babies, but they all seem to have caught.

Herons will take anything to help them fish. I removed my floating islands because the heron like to land on it and fish. (before the net)
