Can't upload photo of month, help

I hate to chat about basics, but I have never done forums before. I will learn by trial and error. However, I am not able to upload a photo of the month correctly so it stays posted. What's the trick? I hit reply, upload my photo, I see it there but no way I can see to " post" .

The uploaded file should show up right below the chat box, you should have a post reply right next to the upload file button. You can also click the full image next to the picture so it shows up better. I hope this helps
