Today I witnessed our big ol' Albino cat harrassing the white koi. He was broadsiding him and the poor guy would take off until he could shake him off his tail. It looked like spawning may be getting ready here, could this be the reason the cat was acting up so? He is usually so calm.
It is cool again tonight. We have not had a stretch of any warm nights, I really hope we have a spawn this year. I like being a fish grandma.
I will be trying to photograph my froglets, they are all lined up under a rock and I can imagine them singing a chorus. Their undersides are light with a lot of dark streaks or spots, not sure what they are but they are soooooo cute!!!
