Cavern forming under pond liner. Size of huge bowling ball.

How do I fill dirt behind collapsed pond liner

It has a bond beam built at the top with the boulders placed on top of that. Just below the bond bean in front of one of the skimmers the dirt is caving in badly and i can see where the wall meets the floor of pond where the dirt has shifted and settled. (Or in this case i would assume mud ) I can only assume this is from excess water eroding the ground surrounding liner. My question is. How do I now go about filling in the huge dent? Whaaaaa I no Likey this.

water running under the liner from the ground or hole in the liner or high ground water coming up under the liner .I had that happen the winter my pump got knocked over and water ran behind the liner .
