Cleaning All in one filter

Hey Guys
Just curious how often should I clean my All in one filter. It sits in the middle of my small pond and had been running now nonstop for about month and a half.

When you begin to see a reduction in the water flow from the fountainhead, it needs cleaning.

Is that a Laguna? I have one but its much much bigger but also my pond is much much bigger. I clean my pumps when i see any slow flow, otherwise I don't touch them.
