Cloudy but not cloudy pond?

I don’t have water strips rn cause we ran out but in a few days i can grab some.
We added pond clarifier and followed instructions on the bottle and after the pond seemed to get more cloudy then we noticed it was like little fuzzy things and stuck to non moving surfaces like the hornwort and when the swisher the plant it they would float off… what is it? No fish in here only hornwort in a pot and some duckweed.

To me it just looks like some debri such as dead algae form the carifier ( it doesent remove the algae, just kills it! ) unless it starts covering everything it doesent seem like it should be a problem, though others could more likely be of more help
