Faced with overwhelming odds, Cortez knew his men would want to leave so he burned his ships.

We cut the tongue off of our trailer to build the new bano..

You won't be going anywhere soon...................errrrrr, except to the bano
That will be nice for you guys when its all done and up and running. I like the way you can pretty much do whatever you want there w/ no one hovering over you w/ permits and regulations. I suppose tho there must be some kind of rules for your neighborhood eh?

You can build a 10 square meter bano with no "taxes" or penalty. When you build the house, which will be soon, you turn in a drawing to the contractor and he gives you a bid. You then pay a one time "tax" of 11 %, but no annual taxes after that. This place will be here long after we are gone for my children and grandchildren to enjoy. There will be only four rooms, but they will be large, sturdily built rooms that will ride out a hurricane. Everything here is built with that in mind.

What no chili down there? I thought that chili got its start down in Mexico.
If I remember right doesn't your Texas chili have a real kick to it?

No, chili, not even canned. And yes, my chili will peel paint.
