Crayfish?

Are they compatible with goldfish? I am wondering if they might be the solution to our tadpole problem. We have lots of tadpoles (mostly toad) and our fish refuse to eat them. I assume it is because of the posion in their skin. They are fouling up our pond water so we are reduced to fishing them out. Our family would prefer a more natural solution so we have been considering different scavengers that might take care of them without harming the gold fish. Would crayfish do this? Anyone know of anything else?

P.S. Just had our first baby goldfish. We have sequestered them in a tank to grow up. :regular_waving_emot

Crayfish feed on whatevers on the bottom. I don't think you would have a problem with them eating fish but its possible im sure. I tossed 4 in my pond and havent seen much of them. I think my plecostamus ate them.
