Did I get too small of a liner?

nope...your liner is fine.....12L + 2 x 4'deep = 20'.... leaves 2&1/2' eachside extra from 25'... and 8'w + 2 x 4'deep = 16' ...leaves 2' extra on both sides
***if its straight down walled and squared you could actually go 2' longer and 1' wider.leaving 1&1/2' all the way around***

JW, you must be looking at the liner size wrong. Unless there is something I'm missing I'm with koiguy, Looks fine to me, I have cut it a lot shorter than that. That's almost perfect for what I'm reading, plenty to tuck on the sides and ends.

I know but I scared him so I felt bad about it...........poor guy prolly almost had a heart attack thinking he wasted all that money on that too small of a liner and wondering how he was gonna glue all that dirt back in place :rolleyes:

:lol:the liner is always too small the first few times you build (re-build). Re-worked mine for the 3rd time last fall, it is almost big enought now :confused::scratchchin:
