I have a 12' stream. When the pump is plugged in, water disappears from the lower pool where the pump is located. When the pump is unplugged, water fills the pool again. This tells me there is no leak. Where is the water being hidden? How to remedy? HELP!!! It's driving me nuts!

It’s not hiding, it’s just got more space to cover. Unless it’s not traveling along the stream at all. If it is, if you want to keep the stream going 24/7, just turn it on, let it run, then top off the pond with more water until it’s the desired level. Keep in mind, if you do turn the pump off, it may then overflow.
