Do you make floats for frogs to use when the water lilies die back?

My water lilies are losing more leaves than they are putting out these days, but my frogs still enjoy resting on or near them. Do you provide a frog island or archipelago to keep them happy between the last leaves and their winter slumber? It might come in handy in early spring too. I know the frogs can fend for themselves by leaving, but I‘d like to be hospitable. My pond has bull frogs and green frogs, plus some tree frogs who are mostly heard but not seen.

I don't do anything, but then again, my frogs very seldom sit on the actual lily pads. They're much more likely to sit on the rocks or shelves at the edge of the pond.
all my baby froglets disappeared I guess they're in the garden somewhere.

I have plenty of frogs and can also attest that they sit on the rocks along the edge. They aren’t as active this time of year. No need for floats.

As the plants die off my frogs all go to where they spend the winter. I do have some croaking still, but mainly staying in the bog or sitting on rocks.
